Tewodaj Mogues is a Research Fellow in IFPRI. She joined the DSG division in February 2005 to undertake research on public investment for poverty reduction in Ethiopia and other countries. Dr. Mogues received her Bachelors degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College (1995), and her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison (2005). She was born in Ethiopia and is a German citizen.
