Tunisia
- Geographic focus: Southern region (Tatatouine and Kebili Governorates)

- Capability surveys for natural resource management of the “Groupements de développement agricoles”
- Elaboration of three participatory local development programs
- Analysis of power struggles between stakeholders in the PRODESUD project
